e will host our Egg Fest in our 20' x 40' tent. Our chefs will be provided with an 8' x 8' space under the tent, a Large Egg on nest to cook on, a table and chairs, and water. Each chef will also receive a gift bag of Ace and Big Green Egg items valued at $50.

Taster ticket holders are invited to vote for their favorite Egg chefs, a winning chef will be selected in each of 2 categories, Pro and Amateur.  Pro category is for restaurants and caterers that participate as chefs, and amateurs are backyard chefs here to share their skills and Egg delicacies with us.  Each category's chef with the most votes wins a $250 gift card to our Ace store!  There is no charge for chefs to participate.  Pro entry chefs will earn advertised and promotional spots on both our facebook page and our website.  Participation is limited to the first 12 chefs to register.  Contact This email address is being protected from spambots. Chefs do not need to donate to receive a Taster admission. Cook’s checklist of what to bring: All dish ingredients, cooking utensils, thermometer, cutting boards, cooking and serving pans & trays, gloves, seasonings and sauces. Chef check in/set up begins at 8 am. Coffee will be brewing and available all day. Cold beverages will be available for purchase.
